Straightforward licensing
Add free viewers even when all creator seats are assigned. Convert or deactivate a creator to free a seat immediately.
An active internal user who can create, edit or send proposals. Owners and administrators count because they have those permissions. View-only collaborators are free. The same person in multiple brands on a Scale subscription uses one creator seat.
Every paid plan includes unlimited drafts, sends and electronic signatures. There are no proposal credits, monthly proposal quotas or per-proposal charges. File-size and security limits still protect the service.
Only their secure proposal link and the email verification used during signing. Customers and external signers do not need a paid seat, subscription or application account.
The full annual price is charged upfront: $490 for Contractor, $990 for Team, $1,990 for Scale. That is two months free compared with twelve monthly payments. Additional creators follow the same billing interval.
Your workspace becomes read-only. You can still view and download existing documents, and customers can still review and sign valid proposals already sent. Signed contracts are preserved.
Upgrade or add creator seats with provider-calculated proration. Plan reductions normally take effect at the end of the current paid period. Choose which creators retain seats before a reduction; other users become free viewers.
